On February 10, 2025, the VWB (Vulnerable Women Benefit) Program’s savings refund event for the 2023-2024 cycle was held at the Dhankhola Union Parishad conference hall. The event was organized by Subah Samajik Unnayan Sangstha, in collaboration with the Upazila Administration and the Upazila Women Affairs Department, Gangni.
The program aimed to return the deposited savings of the VWB beneficiaries from the 2023-2024 cycle, supporting their financial security and empowerment.
The event was presided over by the Chairman of Dhankhola Union Parishad, with the presence of bank officials who facilitated the distribution of the savings among the beneficiaries.
This initiative reflects a continued commitment to women’s financial independence and highlights the efforts of various organizations in ensuring economic stability for vulnerable women in society.
