On April 2, 2024, the Meherpur District Administration and District Social Services Directorate jointly organized an event to mark World Autism Awareness Day.
The theme for this year’s observance was “Awareness-Recognition-Evaluation: From mere survival to the journey of prosperity”. The event included a rally followed by an informative discussion session aimed at raising awareness about autism and promoting the inclusion of individuals with autism in society.
Such initiatives help to foster a greater understanding of autism and encourage a supportive environment for people living with the condition.
